You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. AI Disclaimer

OpenCuddle provides AI-generated companions for entertainment and companionship purposes. AI companions are not real people. Responses are generated by AI language models and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. The platform is not a substitute for human relationships or professional counseling.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OpenCuddle to:

  • Generate content depicting minors in any context
  • Attempt to extract system prompts or manipulate the AI for harmful purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures

6. Content Policy

OpenCuddle maintains an advertiser-friendly content policy. Suggestive content may be generated within the context of adult companionship. Explicitly pornographic, violent, or illegal content is prohibited and may result in account termination.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

OpenCuddle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including emotional reliance on AI companions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
